Six distinct biological communities provide habitat for dozens of bird species, including bald eagles. Cayo Anclote is an excellent swimming area and is perfect for nature study. The island is accessible by boat, but you can take one at the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs.

Other native peoples from Alabama and Georgia moved to Florida in the 18th century. They were of varied origin, but Europeans called them all “Creek.” In Florida, they were known as the Seminole and Miccosukee Indians. The Seminoles clashed with American settlers over land and over escaped slaves who found refuge among them. They resisted government efforts to move the Indian Territory west of the Mississippi. Between 1818 and 1858, three wars were fought between Seminoles and the U.S. government. In 1858, there were very few Seminoles in Florida. In the 1960s, Seminole County was the first county in the United States to be settled.
In the 1960s, Palm Beach County’s premier shopping center, the Palm Beach Mall, and an indoor arena were completed. These projects led to a brief renaissance of the city, but in the 1970s and 1980s crime remained a serious problem and suburban sprawl continued to drain resources and businesses from the downtown area of the old city. By the 1990s there were very high downtown vacancy rates and serious levels of urban blight.

Real estate attorneys handle tasks such as preparing or reviewing documents, ensuring that the title to the property belongs to whoever is selling the home, and facilitating the transfer of funds.
Instead, a real estate attorney may prepare or review all documents related to the purchase of the home, including the contract, any additional agreements made with the seller, your lender’s documents, and title and transfer documents.
States vary in what they consider the practice of law regarding real estate, so what is okay for a real estate agent or notary to sell in one state may require an attorney in another.
If you are buying a home in certain states, such as Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia, state law requires you to hire a real estate attorney to handle certain parts of the transaction.
