What is the most stable form of mobility aids?

Moves Plan

The General State Budget (PGE) for 2021 contemplates an allocation of 445 million euros to finance the Incentive Plan for the installation of recharging points, the acquisition of electric and fuel cell vehicles, as well as innovation in electromobility, recharging and green hydrogen.

These funds will be mobilized through grants and non-refundable subsidies or through financial investments, depending on the characteristics and needs.

The Executive of Pedro Sánchez proposes as actions the electric mobility, acting in the implementation of recharging infrastructures, in the renewal of the vehicle fleet and in electromobility actions. The aid will be granted depending on the type of beneficiary and will be the maximum allowed by the State aid regulations, giving priority, as far as possible, to the scrapping of conventional vehicles.

All this after the Government announced a new aid program, Moves Grandes Flotas, at the Automobile de Barcelona for companies renewing fleets of more than 500 vehicles in more than one autonomous community, with a budget of 50 million in 2021, which can be extended in 2022 and 2023.

The management of the plan will be done by the communities and autonomous cities that will have to make the corresponding calls.  You can consult how to do it in your community in the following links:

The previous plan, MOVES II, will remain in force until the end of the calls, which will allow avoiding a period without aid, but it will not be compatible with MOVES III. It will be possible to choose which of the plans to apply for as long as they coexist.

It should be noted that in municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants, 10% additional aid will be provided both for the installation of recharging infrastructures and for the purchase of vehicles by people registered in those municipalities.
